Westbank Terrace

Westbank Terrace involved a town planning application for a medium-density infill development comprising five three-storey dwellings, including a rooftop terrace to Townhouse 1 and a new northern vehicle crossover. The proposal included vegetation removal, a revised access arrangement, and a basement providing 12 car spaces to support the development. Each townhouse adopted a three-storey layout with ground-floor private open space and upper-level living and bedroom zones. Located within the General Residential Zone – Schedule 2, the project balanced height, massing, and amenity considerations to ensure the development integrated sensitively with the surrounding residential context.
