Victoria Road centred on a town planning application for two dwellings, including a part–three-storey built form supported by a new vehicle crossover. The design incorporated recessed side boundaries to appropriately address neighbourhood character and sensitive interfaces.
CKA Studio managed the project from initial lodgement through to VCAT, where the proposal achieved the desired outcome. The approval confirmed the development’s compliance with policy and its suitability within the surrounding urban context.
