At Station Street, the proposal focused on establishing a new childcare centre, requiring the demolition of all existing buildings and vegetation on an irregular, arrow-shaped site. The design responded to the site’s constraints by carefully planning access, circulation, and overall functionality, incorporating a new single-storey building and revised vehicle access with relocated crossovers along the Road Zone frontage. CKA studio led the full town planning process, ensuring the development aligned with local policy and delivered a well-considered community use for the area.
