Nepean Highway is a multi-storey mixed-use development located within the Frankston Activity Centre, anchored by a major medical facility to support the growing needs of the community. Positioned on a consolidated two-lot site with three street frontages, the project was designed to optimise its urban presence and strengthen health-focused services within the precinct.
The development responded strongly to the strategic objectives of the Activity Centre, ensuring the built form, land use mix and site layout aligned with policies encouraging greater density, accessibility and service provision. CKA Studio led the planning process from inception through several amendment stages and supported the project into its construction phase. The outcome delivered a contemporary development that contributes to the ongoing revitalisation of the Frankston Activity Centre and enhances its medical and commercial offerings.
