This project involved two new office buildings on a site within a new business park in Moorabbin. Each building consisted of three floors and covered approximately 4300 sqm. of floor space.
The design reflects a modern corporate look with clean horizontal architectural lines and bold vertical lines such the entrance canopy. The spacious interior includes work spaces, boardrooms, meeting rooms, break out spaces and back-of-house facilities. The interiors reflect a natural palette with splashes of colour to define areas of activity and bring vibrancy to the spaces.
The design incorporates a Number of ESD features like low-E glass and sun control louvers to north and west facades, solar panels for electricity generation and rainwater harvesting.
