Working jointly with Kane Construction this large scale project on the outskirts of Melton involved designing a new multipurpose complex consisting of a new harness racing track with tiered seating viewing stand, horse stalls and race day facilities building. It also involved designing an entertainment venue with bars, restaurants, gaming rooms, conference facilities and a 43 room hotel.
