Spring embraces the essence of modern living within the prestigious enclave of Malvern. Elegant in stature and authentic in design intent, Spring is a rare combination of understated sophistication and unmatched lifestyle in a coveted location.

At first, the brief for Spring was to maximise development potential on the prominent corner site. Focus then shifted towards providing a diverse range of apartments to broaden the appeal and enable the building to cater for a wide range of residents and their needs. This meant that the maximisation on the number of apartments was relinquished in favour of apartments with larger spaces that provided an environment to foster a better quality of life for residents.

Aesthetically, the facade provided a substantial design challenge. The brief was for something which didn’t appear too contemporary, but more conservative in order to feel inherently Malvern. Some tweaking of the design was necessary to strike a balance between something classical yet also timeless.

In the end, the classical undertones fuse seamlessly with its contemporary style and becomes instantly recognisable in Spring’s design.

A collection of well appointed homes, the design is classically elegant inspired by the enduring nature of its environment. An appreciation of thoughtful detail and natural finishes characterises the expansive light filled interiors, planned to seamlessly connect with rhythm of daily life.

Carefully selected fixtures, generous outdoor terraces and refined materials create a relaxed perspective, with breadth for your personal aesthetic to unfold.

The pool and spa are met with the architectural facade at the rear, accommodating a wealth of space for entertaining. Upstairs, the architectural angles of the facade features are reflected on the inside, with suspended walkway and glass balustrades meeting at different angles bridging the bedrooms.
